"PATH TO SUCCESS"
The “Path to Success” training program at RE/MAX Excalibur is open to ALL associates and involves on-going coaching and formal training in a classroom setting conducted by a GRI Certified Instructor and Associate Broker who has personally closed over
2,400 transactions.The "Path to Success" training program at RE/MAX Excalibur involves on-going coaching and formal training in a classroom setting. The following outline is for the formal classroom training. Each session is one and a half to two hours in length, once a week. We have found that if training is spread out over a number of weeks that the learning is more productive, due to the ability to implement some new learning weekly. In each session there will be time for questions and follow-up of previous lessons.
- Prospecting/Questioning and Motivation
- Telephone and REFERRAL Prospecting
- Open Houses For Sale by Owners
- Expired Listings
- Seller Counseling
- Listing Presentation/Closing the Seller
- Managing Resistance
- Pricing Presentation
- Buyer Counseling
- Showing Homes and Closing the Buyer
- Presenting and Negotiating Purchase Agreements/Offers Lessons
- Dealing with Short Sales and Foreclosures
- 13-15 are Advanced training on these areas with On-Going Training sessions as needed

Commitment to the program is for 6 months and the agent can then switch to the regular plan (agent's choice) without changing business cards, phone numbers, or losing any clientele.
