Commitment to the program is for 6 months and the agent can then switch to the regular plan (agent's choice) without changing business cards, phone numbers, or losing any clientele.

 

"PATH TO SUCCESS"

The "Path to Success" training program at RE/MAX Excalibur involves on-going coaching and formal training in a classroom setting. The following outline is for the formal classroom training. Each session is one and a half to two hours in length, with two sessions a week. We have found that if training is spread out over a number of weeks that the learning is more productive, due to the ability to implement some new learning weekly. In each session there will be time for questions and follow-up of previous lessons.

  1. Prospecting/Questioning and Motivation
  2. Telephone and REFERRAL Prospecting
  3. Open Houses For Sale by Owners
  4. Expired Listings
  5. Seller Counseling
  6. Listing Presentation/Closing the Seller
  7. Managing Resistance
  8. Pricing Presentation
  9. Buyer Counseling
  10. Showing Homes and Closing the Buyer
  11. Presenting and Negotiating Purchase Agreements/Offers Lessons

13-15 are Advanced training on these areas with On-Going Training sessions as needed
