RE/MAX Excalibur has formed a strategic relationship with InvestorLoft.com to generate more exposure for the agents and their listings. This tool is also available to investor clients and keeps the associate linked to the client and their search activity. All of this is provided with NO COST to the associate.

Investorloft.com is a real estate investment search engine that caters to the active real estate investor. Investorloft.com receives buyer traffic from over two dozen 1031 exchange companies and other significant sources of qualified buyers.

Fields are pre-populated for ease of use and you can change variables like mortgage type, rent rate, expenses and more to quickly see a property’s cash flow, cap rate and cash on cash return.

ReferSafe^TM - This patent-pending technology ensures that when an Excalibur agent refers a client to Investor Loft with their code, THE AGENT becomes the permanent “Sponsoring Professional” of the site. Every time their client logs on, they see their agent’s information and chosen photo on nearly every page of the site.
